Things I want to say that some people won't like

  • I think most of the personal development / coaching world is full of bandaid solutions that perpetuate the damaging stories that people come to get rid of.

  • I think that the fact that States and Provinces have created a lottery to reward people for getting a vaccine that has not been tested for long-term effects is absolutely nauseating. The number of other places this money could go…

  • I think the entire narrative around how to move through the pandemic makes very little sense and is also a bandaid that has the potential to cause even more harm to humanity when the next virus comes around and most of the planet is still living with preventable chronic illness and vulnerable immune systems.

  • I don’t agree with making accommodations to rules after they’ve been broken because we’re only then deciding they don’t make a lot of sense. I also don’t believe in changing things for someone because we feel sorry for them. I believe the solution is to look at why the rule is so fucked up and then change it moving forward.

  • I think we have been so conditioned to be “good people” that we have completely lost our internal compass.

  • I think many people have memorized how to be themselves and don’t actually know how.

  • Seeing little kids wearing masks brings me close to tears.

  • I think people should spend much less time trying to protect people from others and “holding people accountable” and more time focusing on how we can create world full of liberated, self expressed, critically thinking humans.

  • Questioning the logic that our government spends money paying people to nurse wild birds with a broken wing back to health, yet they also subsidize the farming of GMO crops (corn, wheat and soy) that are resistant to roundup which kills many animals including…. you guessed it, birds. (and not to mention fucks up the human gut biome which links to a multitude of other health problems)

  • I think psychedelics and plant medicines should be more widely available and have the potential to drastically shift our consciousness as a collective.

  • I think that white women have some of the saddest, most rigid coding shaping how they should behave and it’s so deep that they don’t even know it.

  • I think that most of diets and food rules are feeding in to an already psychologically weakened population that doesn’t have the inner foundation to not find themselves with disordered eating and therefore very disconnected from their bodies (the very place where their power lies).

Whew. Okay. That is it for now. That felt really good to write. There’s probably more. And these may change.

I’m so tired of worrying about being wrong.

So. fucking. tired.

I’m okay if I’m wrong.

Because I believe that it is only through our honest expression that we can receive the feedback we’re meant to.

Anything else is a waste of time.

Here’s to saying the things not everyone wants to hear. Maybe there are a few in there you agree with, and some you don’t. If there is anything I mentioned that you want to have an open, honest and curious discussion about, I am open. Connection first. Discussion second.
